The Jeenee Mobile 24/7 HELP Package App is the all-in-one app for our 24/7 HELP Package customers using a compatible iPhone. The App gives you the tools you need to use your 24/7 HELP service, giving you safety, security and peace of mind. It features a HELP Button which connects to our Australian 24/7 emergency HELP Service and a GPS Locator Service to help us find you when you need assistance.
You’ll need to activate your service before you can download all the features of the 24/7 HELP Package App. Call us on 1300 054 631 and we’ll get you started!
(Please note the GPS Locator Service requires your handset to be switched on and to have a mobile signal within mobile coverage, and the GPS and mobile data functions to be switched on.)
